The one-day test at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya was just in time to try out some important things before the two upcoming races at Assen and Sachsenring.
Tom Lüthi tried to find the last tenths missing to win on Sunday after his recent podium finish. He also worked with his technicians mainly on the geometry and fine-tuning of the setup. After 71 laps, the Swiss was very satisfied with the knowledge he had gained.
Tom Lüthi 71 Laps
«It was a very good test, much better than the test we had here a month ago before Mugello. I didn't crash and we really learned a lot. We were able to try out some of the things we missed in the race on Sunday and we even improved there. In the afternoon it got hot again, but we were really productive and sorted out a lot. We can be very happy with the conclusion here in Barcelona. Now it's time to take a break and to arrive highly motivated in Assen next week.»
