Spielberg Test: Busy Monday for Tom Lüthi

No break for the Dynavolt Intact GP squad as the team took part in the official Moto2 test the day after the Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring.

After Tom Lüthi finished sixth on the Austrian track on Sunday, he was able to complete the test day, which took place in sunny conditions, with a positive feeling. The focus during the test was less on new components, but more on the settings of the Swiss' Kalex.
Even though his track time on Monday with a total of 45 laps was somewhat cut short due to technical problems, the second of the World Championship was happy with the progress achieved. Now he hopes to build on this in Silverstone, when the season will continue next week from 23 to 25 August.

Tom Lüthi 1:29.4 - 45 Laps
«It was a positive test, especially at the end, despite the small amount of laps we did here. We had a technical problem and lost a lot of time due to that. I want to thank my team as they worked really hard for me today. We were able to conclude the test at the end. We did not spend time on the new parts, but concentrated on taking the setup base of the weekend to another step. And even though this was not an easy test, it was very positive. Silverstone has a very different character than Spielberg, but I think we still can take some things with us from here.»
